[petsc-users] Question about MatGetSubMatrices

Hi reading about MatGetsubMatrices, that it must be called on all processors
the same number of times.
Does this mean all processors in PETSC_COMM_WORLD or on all processors that
contain the Parent Matrix.

For example.  If I am using four processors, but only rank=0 has a seq
matrix A and it wants a seq subA on rank=0, do the other three processors
need to make a call?
