[petsc-users] How to install Petsc-3.1-p7 with window-intel-mkl_blas95.lib -mkl_lapack95 and --mkl_blacs_intelmpi.lip or mkl_blacs_mpich2.lib

We cannot see what happened without the log. Please send configure.log to
petsc-maint at mcs.anl.gov.
