Here's what mpiexec --version reports that I used for the pertinent
configure options:

'--enable-shared' '--with-mpe' '--enable-fast=-O2 -g'
'--with-device=ch3:nemesis' 'CC=gcc' 'CPP=cpp' 'F77=gfortran'
'FC=gfortran' 'CXX=g++' '--disable-option-checking'
