[petsc-users] Problem installing PETSC with openmpi 1.4.1

Hi,

I am unable to install PETSC compiled with openmpi 1.4.1 (or 1.4.3). 
The configure/make phase seems to go well, but the "make install" return 
an error:

Here is what I did:

#1- downloaded and installed openmpi 1.4.1 (or 1.4.3) like this:

and it seems to work well (I am able do use 
/opt/openmpi-1.4.1/bin/mpirun...)

What did I missed?
