[petsc-users] Get grid sizes from DMMG finest grid in Fortran

I add these lines on line 54
call DMMGGetDA(dmmg,db,ierr)
call DAGetInfo(db,PETSC_NULL_INTEGER,mx,my,mz, &

& PETSC_NULL_INTEGER,PETSC_NULL_INTEGER, &
