[petsc-users] openmpi 1.4.4

At the relase time of petsc-3.2 openmpi-1.4.3 was the latest.

And we generally don't update the default versions of externalpackages
for a release version of petsc.

However if the installation of 1.4.4 hasn't changed - the following
might work for you:

--download-openmpi=http://www.open-mpi.org/software/ompi/v1.4/downloads/openmpi-1.4.4.tar.gz
