[petsc-users] FFT with PETSC

I tried to use the FFTW using the PETSC interface. 
It gives the following error 


ex142.c(8): catastrophic error: could not open source file "petscmat.h"
  #include <petscmat.h>
                       ^
The same error with <fftw3.h>

Do I need to configure petsc with something else ?
