[petsc-users] call petsc real/petsc complex in same application

Sorry. I didn't think about this question properly the first time you
asked it.

The relative sizes will vary between large real/smaller complex (worst
case) and approximately equally sized systems.  So we'll have to
initially implement for the most common case, which may be
PetscScalar=real.
