ILU for MatAIJ

Dear PETSc team,

In my application, I got this (on 4 CPUs):

I wonder what that means because the AIJ matrix type should be able to 
do ILU preconditioning, shouldn't it?  In other words: If not, which 
matrix type will then be able to do that?
