Getting BlockSolve95

Hi,

I am trying to install PETSc with BlockSolve95. Due to firewall issues, 
I need to download separately BlockSolve95. However, when I logged into  
ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/externalpackages/, I can't find 
BlockSolve95. So do I download it from the official website? Cos I'm 
worried that there's some difference between the official and PETSc's copy.
