KSPCR with PCILU generally slower with v2.3.3 than with 2.3.0

Does -log_summary with an example code - say
src/ksp/ksp/examples/tutorials/ex2.c or ex2f.F
Perhaps you are missing a call to PetscFinalize() in your code?
