KSPCR with PCILU generally slower with v2.3.3 than with 2.3.0

Which compilers are you using in your different systems? If they are
the same, Are their versions the same? I've noticed surprising
differences for different versions of GCC in builtin PETSc
factorization routines, more specifically LU.
