Larger stencils in DA

      This is the argument called s in the calls to DACreateXXX() I  
hope this serves your needs.

Note: with a wider stencil we still only support box and star so you  
may have some points that the
DA thinks are in your stencil but that you do not need to use. This is  
harmless.
