libc.lib error when linking test examples

yes it's compaq vf. so how do i change the pcc_linker to use 'win32fe f90`?
can u elaborate?

but anyway, maybe it's not so impt now. i just compiled 2.3.2p8 and it
worked. moreover, i tried to run my own code in vf, replacing the
2.3.2p8files with the
2.3.3p0 and it worked.
