about MPI_Comm_size(PETSC_COMM_WORLD,&size)

Hi,

My computer is a standare dual processors PC of Dell corp., but after calling   ierr = PI_Comm_size(PETSC_COMM_WORLD,&size), I find the size is one. Is it correct?
