Hi, Dear all,
   
    I am compiling the following code at Microsoft .net2003 and get the 
exception error.

int main(int argc, char* argv[])
{
    Mat testMatrix;
    MatCreateSeqAIJ(PETSC_COMM_WORLD, 5, 5, 3, 0, &testMatrix);

    return 0;
}

The Petsc library is compiled using Cygwin. Is it because that different 
C compiler is used?
