downloading problem

Hi,

 

Today I could not download PETSc from
ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/petsc-lite-2.3.1.tar.gz, neither could I
install PETSc from the old downloaded file. It failed to download
f-blas-lapack. Is the ftp server down?  Or did I miss something? I haven't
downloaded anything for some time. Thanks.
