[petsc-dev] Error creating DMPlex from CGNS file

Hello All,

I have exported mesh in cgns format from SALOME, I am trying to create a
DMPlex object from the exported CGNS file, I am getting below error. Can
someone help me to fix this issue ?

Note- I am using PETSc version 3.16.0 because it is compatible with cgns
and hdf version distributed with SALOME
