[petsc-dev] Add -malloc_dump to Stage-1 ?

Dear Satish,

I pushed a test that did not deallocate a matrix.
I got a failure in Stage-2 out of -malloc_dump
https://gitlab.com/petsc/petsc/pipelines/125455265

Would't it make sense to have -malloc_dump on any of the Stage-1 builds?
