[petsc-dev] error with karlrupp/fix-cuda-streams

Mark,


MatMultTransposeAdd_SeqAIJCUSPARSE checks if the matrix is in compressed
row storage, MatMultTranspose_SeqAIJCUSPARSE does not. Probably is this the
issue? The CUSPARSE classes are kind of messy
