[petsc-dev] Is bitbucket less responsive than it use to be?

Any such issues with gitlab?

We are looking at migrating current jenkins tests to gitlab-ci. I
believe some features are not available if repo is hosted at bitbucket
or github. And in the future - some DOE ci utilities might be
available for petsc via gitlab-ci.

[but yeah - hosting choice is more then just CI]

For example PR Comments are virtually unreadable. Mainly on Chrome it is usually overlaid by the menu which I can't get rid of. This works better in Firefox but also there the thread is squeezed into a very narrow column, so for thread depth > 4 or so it becomes unreadable again. I usually give up and reply once I'm at my laptop but that really really sucks.
