Yes, also recommending OpenACC transition to OpenMP and showing
confidence in HIP over CUDA.

Folks - we’ll discuss this more during our next all-PI VTC, but FYI details of the Aurora and Frontier systems are becoming available, which is timely and will help us in honing our exascale plans moving into our CD-2 review this fall.
