[petsc-dev] DMPlexInterpolate fortran stub redundant?

I don't see why DMPlexInterpolate needs a custom Fortran stub
https://bitbucket.org/petsc/petsc/src/master/src/dm/impls/plex/ftn-custom/zplexinterpolate.c
It doesn't take any array arguments.
