[petsc-dev] No VecRestoreArrayRead_Nest()?

I did not see VecRestoreArrayRead_Nest. On VecNest, VecRestoreArrayRead defaults to VecRestoreArray(x,a) , which copies a[] to x and is expensive.  Is it an oversight?
