[petsc-dev] PETSC_HAVE_METIS

Hello

I recently configured/built PETSc (latest) with the '--download-metis'
option. However, PETSC_HAVE_METIS doesn't appear to be defined.

Any ideas, as to what could be wrong? The configure/make log files are
attached.
