[petsc-dev] change in Manual Pages generation?

I have noticed that Level and Location is generated in a different way in maint and master, compare e.g.
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/petsc-dev/docs/manualpages/IS/PetscSectionCopy.html
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/petsc-current/docs/manualpages/IS/PetscSectionCopy.html

Is it a deliberate change?
I find the original way better.
