Is this a regression from PETSc-3.7.6 to PETSc-3.7.7 for this build?

DEBUG util.py:439: SuperLU-devel x86_64 4.3-8.el6 build 936 k

petsc-3.7 is using v5.2.1+ - so this could be differences in SuperLU versions.
