[petsc-dev] Compilation with ESSL SMP

Ok I see --with-blas-lapack-lib was changed to --with-blaslapack-lib in petsc master.

I pushed a fix to master so that '--with-blas-lapack-lib' is also accepted by configure [for backward compatibility].
