Hopefully not. That would be one potential way of setting up 'cl' from
sshd/bash [as the setup scripts are .bat files].  I avoid this for
win/cygwin by creating a hacky bash script that does the setup. [There
are differences between WSL and cygwin - so its not yet clear to me if
I can create an equivalent thing for WSL/sshd/bash]
