[petsc-dev] strangness in Chebyshev estimate of eigenvalues

Other than set userandom = PETSC_TRUE, should I do anything else?

I see:

ierr = VecSetRandom(B,cheb->random);CHKERRQ(ierr);

Should I use a special one or change this default to the special one?
