[petsc-dev] PETSc blame digest (next) 2016-04-07

I don't fully understand this report.

Commits related to PCSemiRedundant involved a file called sred_dmda.c, yet
the warning is associated with telescope_dmda.c

Does the report imply that code generating these warnings was always
present from the initial commit. Given the filename changed and a lot of
things were altered in this file (now called telescope_dmda.c) I'm
surprised that the warning can be traced all the way back to the first
commit.
