Is this ArchHaskell? It doesn't seem clear to me which method uses the
API from https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/haskell.

Does Arch do this for python, too? Python distutil / setuptools /
whatever seems like a headache every time I touch it. And somehow,
ruby is still worse.
