[petsc-dev] PETSc release in January/February time frame

   PETSc developers,

    I'd like to plan for a PETSc release towards the end of January 2016. We are planning a common release of PETSc, Trilinos, hypre, and SuperLU* at that time as the DOE xSDK release.

    So think about everything you would like to see included in the release.
