[petsc-dev] Fortran interface for PetscViewerASCIISynchronizedAllow

hi

I'm getting an 'undefined reference' error when I try to build a Fortran 
program containing a call to PetscViewerASCIISynchronizedAllow(). I'm 
using the 'next' branch.

Is the Fortran interface to that function missing? It doesn't complain 
about PetscViewerASCIISynchronizedPrintf().
