[petsc-dev] Error configuring hypre on Edison

  Mark,

   As you can see in this file we are just launching hypre’s configure with some simple arguments and it is failing due to some weird machine issue. You’ll need to get help either from NERSC or the hypre folks on this issue. Note that PETSc is not involved in anyway except we generated the simple arguments for hypre’s  configure.
