[petsc-dev] DMPlexCreateExodusFromFile() fortran interface

Looks like another one for the Fortran Interfaces Missing In Action 
department: DMPlexCreateExodusFromFile() doesn't appear to work from 
Fortran.

I get an "undefined reference to `dmplexcreateexodusfromfile_'" on 
linking. Any chance of that interface being added?
