[petsc-dev] options_left

Now in 'master' mistyped/unused options are not displayed unless -options_left is specified.
Is this intentional? If so, this change should appear in the list of changes.

Another question: I could use some of the additions to branch prbrune/removeunwrappedmathfunctions, but this branch has not been merged to 'master' yet (the corresponding pull request merged it to 'next'). Is it an oversight?
