[petsc-dev] DMDABoundaryTypes not found any more

Hi,

I recompiled my code with the petsc-dev that I pulled from git today and I
get the following error:

error: ‘DMDA_BOUNDARY_GHOSTED’ was not declared in this scope

Are DMDABoundaryTypes now deprecated?
