[petsc-dev] please don't merge broken examples into master!

petsc/src/ksp/ksp/examples/tests/ex8.c is a real-only example. I put it under

TESTEXAMPLES_C_NOCOMPLEX       = ex8.PETSc runex8 runex8_2 ex8.rm
...

Why it is executed in a complex build?
