[petsc-dev] triangle error?

  origin/HEAD -> origin/master
  origin/knepley/fix-plex-regression
  origin/knepley/fix-triangle-make
  origin/master

This fix should have gone into jed/gnumake.

Whats the recommended way to do this now? cherrypick - or merge origin/knepley/fix-triangle-make?
[what about origin/knepley/fix-plex-regression?]

config/PETSc/packages/tetgen.py:    g.write('OMAKE            = '+self.make.make+' '+self.make.flags+'\n')

tetgen also needs this fix.
