[petsc-dev] Compile petsc to use external Package

Hi what I have done until now if the following:
    - Create a cpardiso folder:
        - Implementation of my linear solver for mpiaij matrices.
        - Create a make file for configuration 
    - Add '#define MATSOLVERCPARDISO     "cpardiso"' in petscmat.h file
    - Add mkl.py
    - Add cpardiso.py
    - Add directory pardiso to mpiaij makefile

Then it configure and compile perfect, but when I run a test it says:
