[petsc-dev] v3.5 release schedule

v3.4 was released May 13.  If we want to do bi-annual releases, v3.5
would due in about a month.  With 'master' staying pretty stable these
days, it's much easier to release.  Shall we shoot for v3.5-rc0 in a
month?

We have some warnings with recent GCC, though some are just overzealous.
