[petsc-dev] FAQ typo fixes (test pull request)

I fixed a couple of things in the faq - a few small typos and the out of date gfortran info for OS X.  This only affects one file (faq.html), but as a test run I thought I'd submit a pull request anyway. If it's easier to work with a patch, I've attached one to this email.
