[petsc-dev] google gives wrong PETSc users manual

Hm - search for 'petsc users manual' gives 3.3 manual but 'petsc
manual' gives petsc-current manual.

says there is a way to specify 'canonical' url for pdf files aswell -
but thats a web server config.

Will send in request to systems.
