There is no documentation on it now. We haven't made web pages for internal
structures in the past. I don't use web documentation for private
interfaces and I think it's a little dangerous to do so because it
encourages people to include petsc-private/ headers and then scream at us
when we change everything. We already have enough beginners on the mail
list that accidentally tried to use developer level routines.
