[petsc-dev] Uncrustify has fucked up my file

You know... I really regret that I don't have the time to regularly 
follow this list, because I'm sure I miss out on a ton of gems like this 
exchange!  Clearly I need to make some time somehow.

I think Matt might look good with the ridiculous hat and glasses.
