[petsc-dev] stale instructions to subscribe via majordomo at mcs.anl.gov

The instructions at the top of make.log and at

  http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/documentation/changes/index.html

say to subscribe by sending email to majordomo at mcs.anl.gov, but that has
not worked since the mailing lists moved to mailman in January 2009.
How is it that nobody noticed this?
