Heh, it's actually precise at the level that error was generated.  (You
can push any ref, not just a branch.)  But of course it would be useful
to preserve the context so it could tell that you were trying to push a
branch, plus perhaps computing a distance to nearby branch names so it
could suggest misspellings.
