[petsc-dev] hdf5.py is messed up

I install by hand but I also use this gfortran:

ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/petsc/boutpkgs/gfortran-4.6.2_1.tar.gz

instead of the hpc gfortran. I'll try the --download-hdf5 option myself as
well.
