We use PCFieldSplit for "Coupled plasma neutral transport simulations in the edge region of a tokamak reactor: SNES with PCFieldSplit allows us to maintain a coupled simulation but precondition the neutral terms independently."

I'm collecting a list of applications that are using the PCFieldSplit component in PETSc. If you use this component and are willing to identify yourself, please send me an email ( jedbrown at mcs.anl.gov ) with a short note (e.g. 1 sentence) about the application and/or a paper citation.
